The Yale Law Journal experiment with on-line versions of pieces continues... We have yet to see whether this increase in readership will increase interest in subscriptions and/or citations. Professor Graetz does report getting plenty of email in response to his piece--some positive and some not so positive.

Jed Rubenfeld's piece, "The Freedom of Imagination: Copyright's Constitutionality," has now received 3504 hits.

Michael Graetz's much touted piece, "100 Million Unnecessary Returns: A Fresh Start for the U.S. Tax System," has received 4297 hits.

Nick Daum's Comment, "Section 1983, Statutes, and Sovereign Immunity," has received 351 hits.

UPDATE: Graetz's piece picked 1165 hits yesterday alone--so add that to the 4297...
